Gali Naveh-Stern, Vice President and General Counsel
Prior to joining Markstone in 2004, Mrs. Naveh-Stern worked for nine years
as an attorney with Caspi & Co., one of Israel's leading law firms, focusing
on corporate law, securities law, contracts law and antitrust law. Her
experience includes: M&A transactions, strategic and financial investment
agreements, joint ventures, privatization processes, and shareholder,
finance and option agreements. Mrs. Naveh-Stern received an M.B.A. with
honors in Finance & Accounting and an LL.M. in Commercial Law and an LL.B.
with honors, all from Tel-Aviv University.
