Kenneth G. Langone

 Mr. Langone is founder and Chairman of Invemed Associates LLC, a New York Stock Exchange member firm engaged in investment banking and brokerage, and Vantis Capital Management LLC, a money management firm. He is a co-founder of Home Depot, Inc. and has been a director and member of the Executive Committee of its Board of Directors since it was founded in 1978. He also serves on the boards of Choicepoint, Inc., General Electric, YUM! Brands, Inc., and Unifi, Inc. In addition to his business affiliations, Mr. Langone has a long history of participating in philanthropic endeavors and presently serves on several philanthropic boards. Mr. Langone is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New York University Medical School, a member of the Board of Trustees of New York University and of its Executive Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Overseers of New York University Stern School of Business. He received a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
