Boaz Sokol, CPA, Vice President
Prior to joining Markstone in 2005, Mr. Sokol worked for
three years as Corporate Finance Manager for Eden Springs, Ltd.
There, his responsibilities included corporate business plan
oversight, compliance and financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions,
and service on the company’s Debt Committee. Before that,
Mr. Sokol spent three years as a Manager in the Finance Department
of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he performed valuations and
financial modeling, economic analysis and opinions, and budgeting
services. He also worked for two years in the Tax department
of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in tax planning, compliance
and transactional matters. Mr. Sokol holds an M.B.A. in Finance
with honors and an L.L.B. in Law and Accounting with honors,
both from Tel-Aviv University |
