Robert C. Thren, Chief Financial Officer

 Mr. Thren has been Chief Financial Officer of Broidy Capital Management since 1994. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Twyford International, Inc. from 1988 to 1994. From 1983 to 1988, Mr. Thren served as Chief Financial Officer of various portfolio companies owned by Bell Enterprises. Prior to 1983, he worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen & Co., departing as an experienced audit manager. Mr. Thren is a Certified Public Accountant. He received a B.A. in Sociology and a M.S. in Business Administration from California State University at Northridge. Mr. Thren has worked with Mr. Broidy in various capacities for over 20 years.
