Gerry B. Stoch, Chief Administrative Officer

 Mr. Stoch is Principal of YES Business Strategies Ltd, a consulting firm based in Israel that acts as Director of the New York State Trade Office to Israel. The firm works closely with foreign investors, consulting on investment and trade opportunities in Israel. Mr. Stoch served as Israel’s Economic Consul to the Southwestern United States from 1992 to 1996. While serving as Israel’s Consul, Mr. Stoch founded the California-Israel Chamber of Commerce, raising support from community and business leaders throughout the State. He established a similar organization in Texas. From 1982 to 1992, he held various Director and Senior Economist posts in the Israel Finance Ministry. He received a M.S. in Agricultural Economics and Management from the Hebrew University at Rehovot and a BA in Economics and Psychology from the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
