Ran Grodecki, Senior Vice President

 Mr. Grodecki joined Markstone in 2004 and coordinates all of the fund’s investment evaluation and structuring efforts. He is the former Head of Corporate Finance & Economics of Partner Communications Ltd. In this role, he managed a department of 15 finance professionals and was responsible for Partner's long-term business plan, annual budget preparation, and economic analysis of Partner's strategy, regulatory initiatives and ongoing projects. Mr. Grodecki played a major role in planning and execution of Partner’s financing transactions, including an IPO, a high yield bond offering and bank facility transactions. He also spent two years as Business Development and Marketing Manager at AMPA Ltd., a home appliances marketing and service company, and three years as an attorney with the law firm of Herzog, Fox & Neeman, where he focused on corporate transactions. Mr. Grodecki received an M.B.A from the NYU Stern School of Business (with distinction) and a B.A. in law studies from Tel Aviv University.
