Tomer Cohen, CPA, Vice President

 Mr. Cohen is a former Vice President for Mergers and Acquisitions at Poalim Capital Markets, the investment-banking arm of Bank Hapoalim. At Poalim, he provided strategic mergers and acquisitions services to the bank’s large corporate clients. Prior to that, Mr. Cohen spent three years as Senior Consultant with the Israeli branch of Alliot Group where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, BOT projects, and privatizations. He also worked for one year as an auditor for Grant Thornton and two years as Operating Manager of a local food company. Mr. Cohen received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Recanati School of Business Administration and Eitan Berglas School of Economics, Tel Aviv University.
