Our strategic advisory board consists of leading members of the business and political communities in our target markets. These local connections give us valuable insight into the environment surrounding prospective investments and assist us in recognizing and quickly seizing opportunities as they appear.

Markstone Capital works closely with portfolio company management teams to put into place a solid management infrastructure, to rigorously monitor key performance parameters, and to instill a management discipline designed to translate into predictable and superior performance. Markstone's management team consists of experts in transaction structuring and execution, operations, and business development and leverages these skills on behalf of its portfolio companies.
